Some prior reviews may state that Bill is rude, imply he's caustic or just a complete @&&-O but I did not experience any such negativity. What I recognized was a hard working guy who is firm and assertive with carriers and is also upfront with his customers. He's honest with you and not feeding you smoke or telling you what you want to hear. Approach the auto transport business just as you would real estate. You need a broker who knows the market, understands the peak seasons and what is a fair price (given comparables or 'comps' just in real estate) to move your vehicle. Bill does exactly that. Manage your expectations too. You're shipping a ton and a half or more vehicle....it's not going to come cheap. You're paying to ship the vehicle and for him to do the contracting work so you don't have too. He stays engaged and always keeps you informed each day until a shipper was found. I recommend him and will return to him in the future. Shipping of the vehicle was $850 plus the broker fee which was close to quote. A1- Trans was on time and delivered my vehicle in great condition....it was an open carrier so again, manage expectations and expect some road grime.
