I contacted Bill to get my hot rod shipped from a shop in CA but the builder kept messing around and was never getting the truck ready to be shipped and a year went by until I finally called Bill again and asked if he remembered me and if he could please just get my truck picked up from the builder no matter what and he did just that in a matter of a couple days. There are many companies out there all advertising the same stuff but most of the ones I spoke to before Bill all just told me lines and after talking with Bill the first time he informed me about how it all worked and I trusted him. He stuck with me and got my truck picked up after a year of messing around with the builder and I really appreciate that. Thanks
