Bill Avrich at Transport Connection made a potential problem work out for us. The first assigned carrier for my daughters car had truck problems. They were not able to pick up her car on time in Miami in order for it to be in California when she needed it. Within 2 hours of notifying Bill, he was able to find her another carrier that not only picked up the car on time, but delivered it on time.
