Bill was easy to deal with and his experience and knowledge of the auto transport process was impeccable. I had a great experience with him, the process was very straightforward. I filled out a quote request on the website and talked with Bill after receiving the initial quote. He was very clear that the quote is an ESTIMATE, and that he would be happy to work with transportation companies he knows and see if he could negotiate a better price.

Paying Bill's fee turned him into my agent, securing me a fantastic deal on a cross-country move. He even got the transport company on the phone with me as he negotiated the final value of the deal, and we had the whole thing arranged in a matter of days, at a lower cost than the original quote.

My car was picked up on time and arrived in California a day early, right to my door, in exactly the condition I expected it to be in having been transported across the country in an open carrier.

For those unfamiliar with the process or how these kinds of things work and are considering Bill's service, I would offer the following:

1. Bill is an AGENT. When you pay him, he works on your behalf to find the best carrier for your needs.
2. These quotes are ESTIMATES. The actual cost of the transportation may differ from the initial estimate, once everything is negotiated out.
3. Hiring Bill and actually transporting your car are TWO DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS. Bill negotiates on your behalf and arranges the carrier pickup and dropoff. You then deal with the carrier directly for pickup, dropoff, and payment to them for the actual transport.

Once I understood all of this (and Bill explained it very clearly), my whole move went off without a hitch.

While it would have been possible to make all the arrangements myself without Bill's involvement, his fee was well worth the investment given the ease of the whole process and his experience in dealing with different carriers in different parts of the country.

Bill's experience had tremendous value for me.
