Outstanding service from Bill Avrich! Dealt with 3 other transport companies before finally landing Transport Connection to do my vehicle transport. When dealing with the first company I was promised to get my vehicle on time and the date of my choice but they couldn't find anybody to deliver. Spoke to the second company and same exact thing happened. Now two weeks of playing games with these other companies I got in contact with transport connection, the third company. But as soon as I talked to Bill I quickly realized that I wasn't dealing with the same people from the other so called companies. This was a person who is passionate about what they do and cares about the final result, which is making his customers HAPPY! Went through all his channels of connections to get a driver and did so immediately! Very smooth and delivered on All his promises. Being the president of his own company and still handling the large quantity of work just speaks volume of the kind of business you will be Receiving from Bill. It's his own business and takes pride in customer satisfaction. Unlike the other companies that I dealt with, they were just "representing" the company and don't really care about making their customers happy. He promised a price and stuck to that price! Promised specific service and delivered on that service. Couldn't of done anything different to make me happy. Thanks for all the hard work Bill!
