I just purchased a vehicle in Arizona, I live in Florida, and I used Transport Connection to ship my car. To start off, I have to say that Bill who is the President of Transport Connection, is a no nonsense guy and doesn't sugar coat anything. If you want to ship your car from point A to point B then Bill is your man. I was thinking it would take maybe 2-3 days for my car to be picked up in Arizona. No... 1 day. I was told it could take up to 5-7 days after my car was picked up for me to receive my car in Florida. No again.. my car arrived in 3 days! Transport Connection not only met my expectations but far exceeded them. Knowing what I know now, I won't shop around if I have to transport another vehicle; Transport Connection will be the only company I will call. Bill knows this business and he works to get you the best price possible. One last thing, this was my first experience shipping a car. I contacted 4 companies when I first was shopping around . two companies replied back to me by email, both auto generated; one company never responded; Bill 'called' me back and spoke to me personally. Amazing what a difference it makes when you can speak to a real person. His customer service is great. I understand that business is business and I may have been just be another number, but I didn't feel like just a number when I spoke to Bill. I felt like his client.
