I needed the vehicle that I had purchased outside of San Antonio, TX shipped to my home in Detroit, MI. I had read the reviews of the customers on this site and gave Bill from Transport Connection a call. He gave me a quote and advice on how to make the delivery cost less by having it picked up in the nearest major city. I decided to work with Bill because of his customer care and knowledge in the matter. He does require a 250 dollar deposite, which I gave him. The next thing I know a friend of my wifes offers to drive it back because he was going to be in that area at the end of the week. That would be great if I hadn't already put the deposit down for Bills service. Turns out it was not a problem at all. I called Bill the same day I found out about the matter and he refunded my deposit with no hesitation. He understood that if we wanted a friend to drive it to us then that was the easiest and best option. He REALLY does do business the right way! Even though I had no car transported this time I am highly recommending you give him a call. No matter what you need, Bill will not let you down.
