From start to finish, my experience with Transport Connection was wonderful. I just moved across the country- a huge change for me!- but from the first phone call where Bill introduced himself and explained to me what kind of prices I could expect for the distance my car had to travel, I felt reassured that at least my car was in good hands. This is Bill's company, and as he promised, he was the only person to deal with my order throughout the process. No underlings, secretaries, or phone operators. My car was shipped out on time, arrived a bit earlier than advertised (but with advance notice for convenience) and even cost me a bit less than I'd been expecting to pay.
