Bill the owner of the company was awesome! I had to make an emergency 12 hour trip for my family and when we left to come home my truck lost 3rd gear. I was devastated having to leave my truck in texas. But Bill contacted me with in minutes of seeing the job and reassured me everything would be okay. I was in the middle of transferring everything from my truck to a uhaul when he called. He explained everything to me and took me through every single step. I had never needed to use services like this before and I was scared that I was going to be scammed. He was very honest and sincere. Let's face it, dealing with an upset woman is not easy for anyone lol. He kept in contact with me every day and as soon as there were bids on my truck he did 3 way calls between his self, me , and the driver. He made sure I was 100 percent comfortable with the driver, the dates, and the cost. He knew I had a very tight budget. He saved me a minimum of $500. I was getting harassing phone calls from other companies telling meI had nno choice but to go with them or that it was a scam because no one would move my truck for less than $1259.00. My truck made it home in 7 days from the day Bill contacted me. My total cost was $900. I can't explain how awesome this company is and the outstanding service they provide! Other companies such we ship it, we're very nasty to me when they called to try to get the job. Bill never once was disrespectful or rude to me. He was very kind, caring, and honest. 5 star rating! I will recommend him and Transport Connections every chance I have. We also live in a very small town, I was able to contact someone else who has done business with Bill. That is rare is rare especially is big companies! If you are looking to have something moved and want to use a company you can trust contact them. His ratings are awesome for a reason! I have not found any other transportation companies that have ratings and great service like Bill! The truck driver Jim was just as good! Thank you Transport Connections for your services and your kind words when they were needed by a complete stranger! You went above and beyond anything you had to do! And no I do not know any of these people personally, just from speaking on the phone. I did meet the truck driver in person and he was very kind and respectful also. If anyone would like to contact me for feedback or information please feel free. Thanks again Bill, Transport Connection and Jim for getting my truck home safe and in the exact condition I left it in! You saved me money, took a lot of stress and made it your own, and saved me a lot of time.
