I will admit that I was a bit hesitant on doing business with Transport Connection after I found some not-so-spectacular reviews about the company and its owner. However, I found those reviews after I had already spoken to Bill and did not experience anything similar to what those negative reviewers made him out to be; so I went with my first instinct and started the process of having my car transported. He was very informative and up-front about costs, and found a carrier within a few hours. The day the carrier was expected to pick-up my car, I was told that the truck was getting repaired after encountering some problems and that the earliest pick-up date would be in the next 3-4 days. This wasn't an option for me because I would have no one to see the pick-up of my car. Thankfully, Bill was able to find another carrier very quickly (literally less than 1 hour) and had me on the phone with the driver (Mich, who was very good about updating me on my car), who picked up my car in the next 2 hours. Amazing! Great customer service, would definitely use this company again.
