Contacted Bill based on his ratings on this site. He is very quick to respond. If you like blunt, direct, and to-the-point, Bill is your guy. He's not the cheapest, but he's not the most expensive either. I have shipped 4-5 cars before and never had the broker get me on the phone with them and the driver like Bill did. I liked that part as it gets everyone on the same page. When I had a concern Bill promptly addressed it. He obviously gets his email on his cell phone and he clearly has that thing strapped to his head well after "normal" business hours. When I need to ship another call I will be calling Bill.
