Competing Snow Bird and Off the Beaten Path.

Our challenges were many. We were competing with over 200 other vehicles from Snow Birds who also wanted their cars shipped MA to FL.

Secondly, we were off the beaten path and it was Mom's car, a 1998 Chrysler Sebring. Mom is 86 and certainly didn't have the means to drive the car 40 miles to a Terminal and find a find back.

But, Bill Avrich was undaunted. He got the carriers on the line, I was party to his conversations with the carriers as he lobbied on my behalf. "Everything" was totally transparent as Bill laid out my options.

I'm sure that Bill worked much harder on my Car than he does for most as he was dealing with Tons of other vehicles on the board, an off the beaten path location, a 15 year old car and a Mom who, at 86, really wasn't in a position to make his job easy.

Nevertheless, Bill never made me feel "high maintenance" or difficult. He knew what the obstacles were and discussed each one professionally with various carriers as he fought on my behalf to get the car shipped on time and for the price quoted.

End of story? Mom got her car, driver was very professional and I would gladly do business with Bill again and would STRONGLY encourage you to call him, First. He is a man of his word.
