I contacted Bill to help ship my car from Georgia to California, after reading all of the positive reviews on Transport Reviews. As this was the first time shipping my car, Bill was very helpful with providing all of the details and answering all of my questions. He's very knowledgable about the business. Bill tried to find me the best deal with a reputable carrier. The total cost was $1025 ($775 for the shipment and $250 for the brokerage fee). Not sure how much other companies charge for the brokerage fee, but it was DEFINITELY WORTH IT.

I unfortunately had damages to my vehicle, chips and scratches. The carrier kept giving me the run around, then finally agreed to fix my car but only fixed the chips and not the big scratches. Bill was on my side the whole time and gave me recommendations on how to approach the situation. He got both the carrier and I on the phone to talk it out and we resolved the situation to my satisfaction. It was nice to have someone so knowledgable about the business to be on my side and standing up for me. Thanks Bill for all of your help! I would definitely recommend Bill to my friends.
