I called around and researched countless companies before finally selecting Bill. He was the only person who was completely transparent and really explained how everything works. Once I agreed to use his services, he negotiated a great deal with the carrier, and saved me about $300 versus the other companies on this site. Bill runs the business so you are basically dealing with the President, which means you get the best service.

The Process: Bill dispatched the carrier, and told the carrier what day I needed pickup. He even let me speak with the truck driver directly on a three-way call. After this point, Bill becomes more of a support system should anything go wrong, and now you communicate with the driver directly. The driver was supposed to pickup on Wed/Thurs, but was not able to pickup until Friday. The driver couldn't park in my housing complex, so I had to drive to a shady truck stop about 15 minutes away at 8am to drop the car off where he was waiting. Just keep in mind, the drivers need a large space/parking lot to unload and load.

Nevertheless, the car delivered extremely fast with no damage. The driver picked up on Friday, and delivered on that following Tuesday. If you want to ship your car, you can trust Bill. He will get you the best shipper, price, and service.
