Bill can can curse like a sailor, but he has a heart of gold. I had an extremely difficult pickup location and a difficult route. He had my vehicle assigned to a truck within 2 days and it was delivered 1 week later as planned. He was very attentive, honest, and continually communicated with me even after normal working hours since I'm not often available during the workday. No other transport company out there will work as hard for you as Bill does. Thanks, Bill!
