Bill called me promptly and explained the entire process of how transport brokers help facilitate customers who are looking for a car carrier to ship their vehicle. I had never shipped a car prior so I was in unknown territory. He was honest, told me upfront what I should expect to pay for my requested route and followed up with me once he located a carrier. He even put me on the conference call with the carrier so that I understood upfront the final cost and confirmed with the carrier that there would be no unkown hidden costs upon delivery. I truly felt Bill was looking out for me and my best interest and provided excellent customer service every step of the way. The broker fee I paid to him was money well spent and I would highly recommend Bill at Transport Connection to anyone looking to ship their car.
