Bill was extremely helpful. This was my first transport experience and was quite nevous about the cost and delivery of the vehicle. Bill explained the process and was very forthcoming about good and not-so-good carriers. You have to be willing to work within windows of time and not exact dates. If you go in with that mindset, you will most likely have a positive experience, as I did. The transport company was very communicative and kept me in the loop along the way. Delivery ran a day later than expected, but well within my deisred timeframe. The vehicle arrived without incident and I couldn't be happier.
