I called Bill on a wednesday after dealing with two other companies which had been completly lying to my face. as soon as i called Bill he knew exactly what was wrong and told me to just sit tight and he will have a truck for me ASAP. i waited only 2 hours and he had gotten me a truck for friday. I had to change my flight home but without bill i would have not been getting my car back to NY. amazing service. he will get your car where you need it in no time. thanks.
