Before using Transport connection I made the poor choice to choose another company with a lower quote. Guess what my car sat for weeks. They were fired after all the run around and I hired Bill at transport connection. Once I was on board with Bill, he was immediately on my side. He was getting my car posted on the board and negotiating rates with drivers. He even three way called with myself and the driver. We had a few hiccups with the truck getting delayed but at the end of the day Bill stayed on top of things till the job was complete and also I got the price adjusted for the delay. He answers his phone when you need to get a hold of him and keeps you informed with what's going on. Bill made the other broker I dealt with look like a complete joke. You can tell Bill knows the industry & knows it's extremely wall. Don't fall for fantasy land quotes by other companies, Bill knows exactly what it's going to take to get your car moved. If you don't wanna listen to him, I assure you that your car will be sitting for weeks not getting picked up. If you want someone that knows the business & gets the job done Transport Connection is the place to go. I would absolutely use Bill again should I need to ship a car. Go with someone you can depend on getting your car there. Thank you Bill!
