I've been in the Navy for 20 years, and recently retired moving from Pensacola back home to Washington. I did like everyone else - I went online and requested a quote to ship my car. I spoke to a few different people, and didn't feel to comfortable with the way they were going about it. I spoke to Bill, he's a pretty upstanding guy, very professional and straightforward without being rude. He told me how everything was going to go, and everything happened just like that.

I'm currently in the market of being an old mustang from the 60's online, so as soon as I have it locked in I'll be using Bill and the Transport Connection to move my next car.
