Mr. Avrich answered the phone and took the job on a Sunday. I needed to get the largest suv every made to a remote state. Bill explained the process and what to expect and was very upfront about possible complications due to the vehicle size and the remoteness of the area. Bill found a great young guy and handled some additional problems associated with vehicle pickup. This guy is the James Bond of the auto transport world. I will use this company again.
