As a broker, Bill looks out for his customers and seems to be able to negotiate decent prices as well. I ended up paying $100 less than he quoted me.
The carrier gave me a very specific date and time for pickup. When they did not show, I tried to get in touch with the carrier office to get more details and to schedule a new pickup time. I could not get a hold of them. I called Bill, and he got in touch with them for me to see what was going on. We worked it out, and the car was picked up the next day.
No problems with delivery, and Bill gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was ok.
