My experience with TransAuto Logistics could not have been better.
Nelson, local driver, was in contact with me the day before my scheduled pickup and then called me again the day of the pickup to let me know what time he would be at my house to pick up my 2 cars. Considering this was the day after Thanksgiving, I was very impressed.
I was quoted 7 - 10 days for delivery of my car.
Within 7 days, we received a phone call from Kim, national driver, to let us know he would be dropping our cars off later that day. It was exactly 7 days from pickup to dropoff. Cars were in excellent shape. Customer service was on point. Perfect experience.
Would use them again without a doubt.
