Worst car transport experience ever - Trans Cargo, Inc.

I did not pick Trans Cargo, Inc., they selected my vehicle for transport so they could have a full truck. They did not pick up my car on the day they were scheduled to. Was sent a text message that the driver was running late. My car did not arrive on schedule due to another customer not having their money ready which messed up the remaining drop offs. When my car was delivered, the driver wanted me to pay an additional $100 that my car broker had to pay them. I had damage to both the inside and the outside of my vehicle. Their insurance company informed me that they have a $2,500 deductible and I had to work directly with Trans Cargo for my claim. Caleb, the claims employee, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He gave me wrong information, questioned my integrity and hung up on me after informing me that he was going to deny my claim. DO NOT use this business because they take no responsibility for damages done when they had possession of my vehicle. They further wanted me to pay additional money that they were already received from the broker. CROOKS!!!
