Booked with this company to pick up my Wheelchair Van that i had purchased. Pick-up was scheduled for 10-23-2013 and all i got were excuses that it wasn't picked up. Called repeatedly for updates as to when it would be picked up and dispatch said they would call back with updates and they never called. Tried calling my agent Jesus Bri and he is not answering or returning my repeated calls. This company apparently does not believe in customer service as i received nothing from them after i booked and paid my deposit. Called another Shipping company for a Quote and was informed by them that my Wheelchair van was posted on a bulletin board the whole time and that there never was a carrier to pick it up (kept giving me a story about their truck being detained at the weigh station because it was over weight) i need this van to get to the doctors office as i am 94 years old.
