I had booked a different car shipping company (Reliable) 5 weeks ago and could not get in touch with anyone at the company the week prior to my earliest date of pickup. No carriers contacted me even 2 days after my earliest pickup date, and at that point I was frantic because I needed my car in the location I was moving to. I called Total Car Shipping and Nilda Quiles was able to assist me efficiently and quickly, and also explained that the cheaper quote rated by the other company was not enough to guarantee a carrier. I of course had no idea about this because it was the first time I shipped a car. She promptly answered my phone calls and answered all my questions. She was very agreeable. Even though I called over Memorial Day weekend, a carrier contacted me on Tues (the day after memorial day) and was able to pick my car up that same evening! Thank goodness because I was flying out Wednesday morning!

My car arrived safely as promised in less than 3 days (picked up Tues night, arrived Fri afternoon). They saved me a lot of stress! I recommend this company!
