I had booked with another company - the car sat for 14 days. I called repeatedly and would only hit voicemails, rarely got a call back. I then spoke with Maria - she walked me through the process, we discussed and properly priced the shipment and I was fully confident she would take care of it. And she did - I got a call that afternoon from her department who was on the phone with the driver! The driver in turn was courteous and professional. The car was picked up early and delivered right as promised. Had a few questions along the way and was easily able to reach the customer care department and driver – actually speaking to an individual…
Do it again? Only with Total Car Shipping, only with Maria.
