Could apparently not find a carrier for the quoted price

I contracted Total Car Shipping to pick up a new car from Manhattan New York and deliver it to Sealy Texas. The contract was made December 17, 2015 with pick-up on January 4th 2016. I contacted them on January 3rd since I had not hear anything from them and they did not have a carrier yet but thought they would.
They did not find a carrier the 4th or 5th so I cancelled the order on the 6th.
They remained professional and were apologetic but were unable to fulfill the contract. They need to have better client communication.
