Brian was outstanding! He is consistent in follow up, goes above and beyond by contacting clients and carriers from his personal phone on his way home from work. He is methodical, dilligent and efficient in every way. He understands the importance of executing a streamlined and easy transaction and is aware of other peoples valuable time. He stands out as a caring and well collected individual and has the support and an endless pipeline of referrals from Mercedes Benz in Naples. Not only did he work hard to get a transporter, but got one that could deliver NEXT DAY! I can barely get mail next day, let alone a car.
