I worked with Marc from Total Car Shipping. Marc was excellent to work with! He sent me my quote within a day. I received quotes from 3 companies and TCS had the best price AND the best customer service. When I make the decision about going with a certain company, the lowest cost isn't the only factor I put into my decision. Customer Service is 50 percent of my decision. Marc was very personable, understood my needs, and even called me after business hours when I needed something. He was always on top of things which made me very comfortable leaving my car in the "hands" of Total Car Shipping. My car arrived 5 days earlier than the ETA and ended up being $100 cheaper than the quote. I highly recommend Total Car Shipping, and will use them again if need be!
