After contacting 3 other Transport Brokers, who did not follow through, did not return calls or emails or set up pick-up of the vehicle, which never materialized. Richard at Total Car shipping immediately took the bull by the horns and found a driver within 5 minutes of my first contact. He scheduled the pickup, gave me his contact information. Driver was in area and came later the same day to pick-up the vehicle, driver was great and vehicle was delivered 5 days later, without damage. Nice to see a company follow through with the transport plan. Thank You!
