WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOTAL CAR SHIPPING. We were extremely apprehensive to ship our cars from California to Georgia. For three days we searched many sites and all had negative reviews and negative customer experiences. We came across Total Car Shipping and to our surprise the company had positive reviews. We called and spoke with Anne Cooper, she was wonderful! Anne was honest, thoroughly knowledgeable, extremely patient and answered all of our questions. She would even stay overtime working with us as we called many times with many questions. Anne is a person of her word. She contracted us with Patrick, the dispatcher at Oggi's Transport in California and once again we experienced exceptional service. Patrick, was professional and kept an open line of communication with us. Patrick, provided us with Lomen, the driver going to Georgia. We were given Lomen's cell number. When we called Lomen, he said that we could call him anytime. Lomen arrived 15 minutes early to pick up our cars. He said he'd deliver our cars on Wednesday, and he arrived Tuesday, one day early. Our cars arrived in the same condition they left and the car transportation quote amount never changed.
If we have to move back to California, we will give Anne a call. We can't say enough about our positive experience with Anne at Total Car Shipping, Patrick and Lomen at Oggi's Transport.
