It was 8 months back in Aug 13 that I contacted Marc of total car shipping to transport my car my LA to Richmond, VA. I wanted him to pick up my car in a day or 2. He agreed whole heartedly and I realized this guy is genuine. My car was delivered in 8 days as promised by Marc. No damage to car, very prompt service and good follow-up.

Next was my manager who wanted to transport his car from LA to New Jersy. Same over whelming experience, on time pick and on time delivery, no damage to the car.

Now my 3 rd experience.i wanted to transport my friend's car from LA to Richmond, VA. I tried calling Marc but eventually was refered to another agent and was given a quote of $990. The next day I called up Marc again. It was a pleasant surprise he recognized me immediately though I was calling after almost 6months. He brought down the quote to $900.It was agreed that the car would be picked up on 16 apr and delivered by 26 apr.Again the follow up was great, within 15 mins he found a carrier for me and I made the initial payment of $150. The dispatcher arrived on time. But there was a problem. Since the car was stand still for 2 months it didnt start. But the dispatcher was kind enough to jump start the car and picked it up for transport. On the very next day I got a call from the dispatcher informing that the car is transported and it will be delivered to me on 20th as against the 26th. Wow this was fantastic, an early delivery by 6 days, this was unexpected and I really appreciate the efforts of the trucking company and Marc for this fantastic service.
The car was delivered without any damage.

Thanks Mark for making all my 3 transport experiences a memorable one. I am sure I will always contact only you whenever I want to transport my or any of friends car.I appreciate the great and relentless service, please keep it up.
