Called Marc on saturday, shipping was confirmed the same day! Picked up on time, delivered on time. Marc called back the day after delivery to check and see if everything went well. Thats what i call professional from day one. Would i use total car again, hell yes top notch, and Marc was the best.
I received many calls from other transport companies, all sounded like salesman, not Marc down to earth and told it like it was, no BS, just great Customer service.
