In the beginning of my transporting experience, I became afraid to choose a transport company because everyone prior to Total Car Shipping would try to scare me into choosing their company by saying I could lose my deposit and never receive my car. I received about 15 estimates and then I was lucky enough to talk to Sherle. She explained how the process works and assured me that she would do everything possible to get my vehicle to me safely if I would work with her. Well, I did and I received my car quickly and everytime I contacted her she was pleasant and helpful. I feel like I made a new friend.
