I cannot fully express the gratitude I have for Jay and Total Car Shipping. I went through other agencies and Jay was THE ONLY ONE who actually worked with me and with the utmost professionalism helped me work around getting my cars shipped to a pretty difficult area. He stayed on the phone with me and mapped out routes that would get my cars to me on time. Where others never returned my calls, Jay always did. If you want the job done right don't waste your time with others like I did. I only regret that I didnt call TCS first. Would've saved myself a major headache.
