I had contacted another carrier and was put off for about 2 weeks. They finally gave me the names of drivers that would pick up my vehicle. The first number was called 4 times with no answer. I finally got someone at the second number and he said he knew nothing about my transport and was rude. I contacted Total Car Shipping and they were great. Kathleen and George helped me and had me set up with 2 drivers within 48 hours and car was picked up in about 36 hours. It took 2and a half days to get it to California. I will use them again if needed.
