FRAUD?????????? Mr. Wenninger please allow me to educate you and any other consumers reading this groundless review on the definition of fraud and why the term utilized is incorrect. Additionally, your claim was settled by the insurance company of the carrier assigned BUT it was to your discontent because your opinion of value on your car is unrealistic and the insurance company gave you what Kelley Blue Book and NADA dictates the vehicle is worth and not what your personal opinion is. Emotional value and appraised value are quite different Chris.
fraud/frôd/
Noun:
1. Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
2. A person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities.
First of all when you or anyone goes online and requests a quote Chris, depending on how many sites you go to you will have from 7 to 30 brokers calling you daily repeatedly wanting your business. THIS IS A HIGHLY SATURATED INDUSTRY. We all know that.
Two- -we advised you we were brokers meaning we subcontract these carriers. We did our due diligence sir and sent you a 5 star rated driver to pick up your vehicle. He passed all of our verifications and he had been solid for us in the past. We have no control of what kind of straps the driver decides to utilize.
Three- -If you file a claim with your insurance company Chris it would then be more beneficial for you as it is a big monster going after a big monster vs you going after a corporation. Additionally, we had a representative from our corporation deal with your claim. Now you are displeased with the amount they (the insurance company) is giving you and its unfortunate but again they came through THEY PAID YOUR CLAIM you just wanted more money so you were sadly disappointed. Again fraud is when the corporation doesn't render services for a personal gain which is usually financially driven by nature. This was not the case Chris. We rendered services to you it was the exception not the rule the driver had an unfortunate outcome with your vehicle but the insurance kicked in and paid you your money. Now you disagree with the amount but they go by the value of your car Chris not your opinion on what you feel your car is worth???
