I was contacted by many brokers regarding the transport of my sons car after going on line to request a quote. Rena called me directly and gave me a 101 course on how shipping and brokers work. This enabled me to speak and review the bids from other vendors more equally. Her assistance in learning how to ship was great.

My son is serviing in the US Army in Kuwait and needed his car shipped home before he returns from his deployment. Rena was very understanding, and went out of her way to get me a great price in a much faster time frame than I expected to get the car here for him. Total shipping for the car was $501 and it got here very quickly in great shape.

Rena was very easy to talk with and was always available when I called to check up on the progress of the shipment. I wanted the car shipped within a 3 week period, Rena was able to get it to my door is less than 2 weeks.

I will definetly use Rena and Total Car Shipping again. I have already posted on the car forums my experience with getting the car shipped home. Thank You for all your help Rena.
