The transporting of my vehicle from PA to Arizona hit a few rough spots initially as one can encouter many when moving across country.

In the instance of my car snag I want to make future customers aware of the most excellent correction Robert made to make my experience a positive one. His commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable and deserves my praises. In the interest of customer satisfaction, honoring his word and future customers, Robert went so far as to sacrifice his commission to make me happy. I realize now that this task is a "dance" of sorts that required the energy of peope.

How unusual to find a person, backed by his company, willing to go the extra mile for the sake of their reputation.

A wrong was made right and I would be happy to recommend this man, Robert and this company, Total Auto Shipping to anyone needing their car transported.
