This was the first time I shipped a vehicle. Julie Kenyon was very helpful in making me feel comfortable in making the decision to shipped my car instead of me flying to pick it up and driving it home. Julie made me feel important by always being available and answering every questions I had about shipping the vehicl. Julie also contacted my wife when the vehicl arrived and explained to her how to check the vehicle out and guided her through the paperwork.
