After a bad experience with a previous broker, Becky was a wonderful person to work with. She was able to book my shipment quickly and kept in constant contact with me. The fact that our shipment was picked up/delivered a day late was completely the fault of miscommunication from the shipping company, not any fault of Becky's. I would definitely consider using Top Notch again.
