We requested quotes on-line and received dozens of responses from different companies. We selected Top Notch Auto Transport for the following reasons:
Their price was reasonable. It was neither the lowest nor the highest but was only slightly higher than the lowest.
We liked their email response which gave very good consumer information, including tips about deposits, etc. We found that the companies with the lowest prices were also the companies who wanted a deposit up-front.
The Top Notch Auto Transport contact person, Becky Billedeaux, was simply top notch. She was informed, responsive, and friendly.
The people who came to get the car were courteous and friendly.
The car was delivered really quickly and in great shape. The driver who delivered the car was also courteous and friendly.
We do not have anything negative to say about our experience with Top Notch Auto Transport and would definitely use them again.
