I give my highest customer service rating to Nikki. She was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Once I received my quote she contacted me to inform me of the process. She informed me that a pickup in Rhode Island and delivery to Louisiana was not a typical or highly traveled route so that it may take a couple of weeks to find a truck. I appreciated her honesty and was not in a hurry to have it transported. She found a truck after 2 weeks and once she signed on with him she continually followed up with me. She called when the truck was supposed to pick up to make sure it occurred and asked about our experience. She called when the truck was enroute to inform me of a day delay. Nikki followed up with calls to me and to my daughter who was receiving the vehicle to make sure everything worked out well. Nikki's attention to detail is what made working with Top Notch Auto Transport a "top notch" experience. I highly recommend working with Nikki!!
