Our experience with Top Notch was great from the beginning. Nikki was good in following up with us and the dealer. A driver was available right away. We had problems with some documents not arriving on time at the dealership so they wouldn't release the car, but the carrier waited a couple of days until the car was available. It was picked-up and delivered on the same day in excellent condition. The original quoted price had to be increased by $50, but it was worth it considering the effort all parties extended towards the service. Thanks Nikki and Nate (DNA driver)!
