After the contract was signed and deposits paid, I was notified that the price was NOT guaranteed and the cost would be more. I had no choice but to pay it as we had already made arrangements. I selected TopNotch due to their low price and ratings. I was not happy that after the agreement was in place I was asked for more money.

Andrew, I am very sorry that there was a price increase. We do everything we can to estimate an exact quote. Also, we always give you the option to say no to the price increase while we continue to look for another carrier. Thank you for taking the time to post a review.
