                        Jon,  I understand where your coming from.  But when the quote came into my system it said open and that what you paid for.  I explained when I called for a follow up that I cant see the information you entered on the transportreview quote except the zip codes and vehicle info.  The computer then generates a quote based on a open carrier and a sedan.  At the time of when placed the order there was no word of it going enclosed.  Sorry again for the confusion.
