I used Top Auto to transport my truck from New Jersey to Puebla, Mexico, and from the very first call, Carolina provided exceptional customer service. She guided me through every step of the process and explained everything from beginning to end.
It was obvious from the start that Carolina has extensive experience and is very knowledgeable about what happens at the border, which is probably the most complicated part of the journey. She was with me every step of the way. Once the truck left my home, she stayed in constant communication, keeping me updated on where it was, what the next step would be, and the expected timing.
Whenever an issue came up, Carolina immediately jumped in to troubleshoot it. She went back and forth with her customs contacts to get answers to my questions and make sure everything kept moving forward. The entire transport took about a month, but thanks to Carolina and her efforts, the process was remarkably smooth.
The truck was picked up in Puebla without any issues, and it arrived just as it had left my home. The paperwork was successfully sent and received in Mexico, and the truck is now ready to get its plates.
This was completely new territory for me, and honestly, I had no idea how the process would turn out. Carolina and her team made all the difference. Her communication, knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to helping made me feel like my truck was in good hands throughout the entire journey. Most importantly, she gave me peace of mind.
