Have used this transport company in the past with good results. Contracted with them this time, written contract for pickup, weekly phone calls to confirm, two days before pickup given the drivers name, day before they don’t have us on the schedule at all!! They did absolute nothing to correct the problem, totally stopped communicating and left us scrambling!! Very disappointed with Mr. Thomas Sunday, his staff, and the blatant crappy service!! Beware!!
