To Whom It May Concern:
My knowledge of Auto Transporting is compatible to my knowledge
of astrophysics. I have none. So prior to taking that leap of faith I had
to do some homework. Although price was very important, quality of
service, trust and credibility would play a critical role in my decision
on who to use at this very stressful time.
I could go on and on about how hard and stressful it was to move my
parents from Charlotte N.C to California. The decision to move was
very sudden and with no real planning. This takes me to the whole
reason I am writing this letter.
I want to applaud your sales person, Holly Burton.
Holly immediately established trust and credibility, therefore I knew I
was in good hands.
Holly listened to my concerns, responded with viable solutions and
took the time to build a relationship of trust. She went out of her way
to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. If she said
something would be done, it was done and she stayed right with it all
the way to the end. She made me feel like I was the most important
customer she had.
Needless to say, I'm one very satisfied customer.
I hope that you praise and salute this person as much as I do. Your
Company will surly benefit from the outstanding work that Holly
Burton demonstrates.
